Biografie

Clinton's interest in electronics and optics and started in high school while growing up in Tanzania. His focus at that time was to find out why it took so much power to run CRT televisions (at that time Tanzania has a severe electricity shortage). This led him to pursuing Bachelors in Physics at the College of Wooster and a PhD at Kent State's liquid crystal institute. He is currently the RND Manager and Principal Scientist at Kent Displays Inc. He oversees the development of bistable cholesteric liquid crystal display on flexible substrates. His current focus is incorporating flexible electronics into the product line so as to enable a better user experience and high yield roll to roll production,
