Biografie
Fabrizio Torricelli received a D.Eng. degree with honors and a Ph.D. degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Brescia (Italy) in 2006 and 2010, respectively. From 2010 to 2012, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Eindhoven University of Technology, Netherlands. He was a consultant of ST-Microelectronics. Since 2019, he is an Associate Professor at the Department of Information Engineering, University of Brescia. His research interests include device modeling, design of new memory and transistor architectures, organic and metal-oxide emerging technologies, development of green and sustainable (bio)electronics, and design and development of bioelectronic sensors.
