Biografie

Marc Alique Garcia obtained the B.S Degree in Chemistry with mention in Materials in 2018 at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) with B.S. Thesis in collaboration with Institut Ciència de Materials de Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC), working in the functionalization of carbon materials with boron clusters for its application as anticancer agent in BNCT. In 2019 he obtained the Master’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry and Introduction to Chemical Research, specialized in Introduction to Chemical Research, with a Master Thesis in SelOxCat research group working with ruthenium nanoparticles as hydrogen evolution catalysts. He obtained his Ph. D title in 2022 about “Novel Printed Electroactive Devices for Environmental Monitoring” and currently is an advanced researcher at Fundació Eurecat-Centre Tecnològic de Catalunya, working on printed piezoelectric sensors and actuators. He has recently published a Review in Advanced Materials Technology journal, entitle: ‘Fully-Printed Piezoelectric Devices for Flexible Electronics Applications’ and an article in Journal of Materials Chemistry C, entitled: “Controlled poling of a fully printed piezoelectric PVDF-TrFE device as a multifunctional platform with inkjet-printed silver electrodes” ORCID nr: 0000-0001-8482-5111
