Biografie

I was born in the Netherlands and studied chemical engineering at the Technical University of Eindhoven. I worked for more than 20 years for several research institutes and companies on process development for MEMS / microtechnology. Topics included chemical sensors, microfluidics, energy harvesters, piezoelectric and electrostatic actuators and integrated optics, all mainly on silicon and glass substrates. Since 2020 I am working at the Fraunhofer EMFT in Munich, in the flexible electronics department, developing technology for roll-to-roll lithography, etching and screenprinting.
