Biografie

Paul Poodt is CTO of SparkNano, a spin-off company of the TNO - Holst Centre in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, which develops and sells Spatial ALD equipment for applications in the energy domain and large-are & flexible electronics. He is also part-time associate professor at the Eindhoven University of Technology. His work focuses on applications and scale-up of Spatial ALD technology, from lab-to-fab.
