I am a team leader at the Danish Technological Institute, focused on providing servises and beyond state-of-the-art technologies within digital printed electronics. The main activities within my group are: - Development and pilot production of nanomaterials using solvothermal flow and batch reactor technologies. DTI can develop new nanomaterials as well as bring them up to TRL7 in upscaled production. We have several standard materials such as nanoparticle/wire Ag, Cu, Ni, Pt, Pt alloys, TiO2, BaTiO3 and and many more. - Development of nanomaterial based formulations, for specific tailored processes, such as printing and coating. This activity is key for making nanomaterials usable within industry. - Development of printed components using, screen printing, spray coating, digital ink-jet and aerosol jet printing technologies. DTI can provide fast prototyping of flexible multi layers printed circuit boards as well as large scale pilot production. Within our center we have the following R&D service activities: - R&D within fuel cell technologies, in particular micro fuel cells for low energy electronic applications as well as hybrid energy solutions. - Industrial scale surface coatings solutions. - ISO certified nano metrology, including SEM, FIB-SEM, EDX, TEM, STEM, XRD and XPS for highly professional and high quality nanomaterial identification and characterization.
