We will show the roll-to-roll creation of ‘endless’ flex-lines (300 nm Cu on 50 µm polyimide foil) using digital photolithography, capable of on-the-fly scaling of the exposed images. Different stitching concepts, where consecutive images of single line segments are aligned and exposed in one process step, are demonstrated, each with their respective advantages and disadvantages.
