Lead halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have rapidly progressed, with power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) now challenging monocrystalline silicon devices, at a fraction of the cost. Here a significant development in the scale-up of screen-printed CPSCs is reported: 300mm x 300mm modules on conductive glass substrates with an active area of 520 cm², the current largest for this architecture.
