Thank you for your interest in contributing to the LOPEC Conference 2026. Unfortunately, the deadline for submitting abstracts for presentations at the Business, Technical, or Scientific Conference has passed.
However, you still have the option to submit a late poster.
Poster presentations are a valuable way to engage with attendees, showcase your work, and answer questions in person.
Late Poster
Late posters can be submitted until January 9, 2026. Please note the following:
- Late posters will be displayed on a dedicated poster board within the Poster Exhibition.
- They will be included in the Poster Session on February 25, 2026, from 16:30 to 18:30.
- Late posters will not be published in the online conference program, the event app, or the conference proceedings.
- Participation as a poster presenter requires a Presenter Ticket (EUR 578,00).
- Please note that submission does not guarantee acceptance into the Poster Exhibition.
Beginning January 19, 2026, you will be notified if your late poster has been accepted.
4 steps to your participation in the LOPEC Conference
1. Submit your abstract: September 4 to October 3, 2025
Please submit your English-language abstract online by October 3, 2025. The abstract should briefly describe your presentation (max. 3,000 characters including spaces). Please illustrate your motivation, your approach, the result and your conclusion. You are welcome to add either a diagram, a picture or a schematic representation.
2. Selection process: October 4 to November 23, 2025
Starting October 4, 2025, a panel of international experts will review all abstracts submitted and evaluate their thematic and technical content. The committee will then put together a coherent program of presentations from the submissions.
3. Confirmation of participation: as from November 24, 2025
As from November 24, 2025, you will find out whether your presentation was selected for an oral presentation or a poster.
4. Ticket at the discounted rate (Presenter Ticket)
The confirmation of a lecture or poster presentation entitles you to purchase a reduced-price conference ticket (Presenter Ticket). Participation as a speaker or poster presenter requires a Presenter Ticket. The Presenter Ticket entitles you to attend the entire conference and the associated exhibition.
