Origin of trade fair and conference visitors

LOPEC 2025 once again proved its international appeal. 52% of the visitors came from abroad.

Every year we ask LOPEC exhibitors and visitors to rate the trade fair and the conference. We want to know what we can improve.

Here are the results of the LOPEC 2025 survey carried out by the independent market research institute "Gelzus Messe-Marktforschung GmbH":

The key results at a glance

Exhibitor satisfaction remains very high at 95% since 2023. 98% of visitors would recommend a visit to LOPEC.

Trade fair—rating by visitors

Visitors are very satisfied with LOPEC 2025, with 92% praising the presence of market leaders. The internationality of the exhibitors and the completeness of the range of products and services at LOPEC 2025 were also rated as above average.

Trade fair—rating by exhibitors

For exhibitors, the benefits of participating in the exhibition are particularly high. The quality of the visitors and the leading character of LOPEC 2025 are also highly praised.

In particular, the quality of the speakers and the timeliness of the content are highly valued by conference attendees.

Assessment of the practical benefits of participating in LOPEC

Exhibitor approval is 98% and visitor approval is 96%, on par with the previous two events in 2023 and 2024.

The materials section attracted the most visitors and was the top-rated section at LOPEC 2025, along with the manufacturing processes/technology, applications and services sections.

The numerous international trade visitors are decision-makers from a wide range of industries, including the automotive, printing and graphics, consumer electronics, textile, medical and pharmaceutical, renewable energy and packaging industries.
