Stand packages (incl. stand space and additional costs)

If you don't want to build your own stand, let us take care of everything for you! We will provide a stand-building concept that meets your needs. We can offer you various stand sizes, sector-specific offers and various equipment alternatives, and stand setup and dismantling is included!

If you are interested in a package for a stand at LOPEC, please mark the appropriate field in the online application.

You can choose from the following stand packages

The stand package includes:

  • stand space incl. stand construction
  • carpeting (color by choice)
  • 1 electrical socket
  • 1 table with 4 chairs (12 m² / 15 m²) / 1 bar table and 2 bar stools (9 m²)
  • 1 information counter, signboardwith lettering (max. 15 letters, Helvetica)
  • lighting (1 spotlight per 3 m²)
  • 3 kWAC connection incl. electricity consumption
  • lockable cubicle with coat rack and waste paper basket
  • stand cleaning, fixed waste-disposal fee
  • AUMA charge
  • mandatory communication fee
  • 100 free online day tickets for visiting the fair

All 9 m² and 12 m² stand packages include two free exhibitor passes.
All 15 m² stand packages include three free exhibitor passes.

The Stand package Academic includes:

  • 1 information counter, signboard with lettering (max. 15 letters, Helvetica), waste paper basket
  • lighting (1 spotlight per 3 m²), 3 kW AC connection incl. electricity consumption

The Stand package Academic is bookable for academic and research institutions only. Only academic and research institutions are permitted as co-exhibitors within this package.

Stand package Startup

EUR 2,380

The Startup Area at LOPEC is a community booth at the heart of the exhibition. Here participants can present their innovations to the LOPEC community. The all-inclusive start-up package is available to exhibitors at a discounted price.
