Vortragsart: Oral Presentation
Carbon nanotube (CNT) solution is inkjet-printed for the channel of thin-film transistors (TFTs). Printing parameters such as drop spacing, line spacing, number of layers and the printing speed are varied to induce coffee ring effect on the edges of the printed lines. The coffee ring effect increases the on/off current ratio of the TFTs by organizing the CNTs.
