Divided into different conference modules, the LOPEC Conference offers the right platform for every topic. Whether at the Business Conference, the Technical Conference or the Scientific Conference—at LOPEC your presentation will receive the attention it deserves. The conference language is English.
Last year, half-day application sessions focusing on Mobility and Smart Living, were added to the program. These sessions will be followed by a guided tour for conference participants through the trade fair.
In addition to the oral presentations, we also offer a poster exhibition. This means that instead of giving an oral presentation, you can present the essential information on a DIN A0 poster on both days of the exhibition. During the Poster Session on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 from 16:30 to 18:30, you will have the opportunity to personally interact with the attendees and answer questions on the spot.
4 steps to your participation in the LOPEC Conference
1. Submit your abstract: September 4 to September 26, 2025
Please submit your English-language abstract online by September 26, 2025. The abstract should briefly describe your presentation (max. 3,000 characters including spaces). Please illustrate your motivation, your approach, the result and your conclusion. You are welcome to add either a diagram, a picture or a schematic representation.
2. Selection process: September 27 to November 23, 2025
Starting September 27, 2025, a panel of international experts will review all abstracts submitted and evaluate their thematic and technical content. The committee will then put together a coherent program of presentations from the submissions.
3. Confirmation of participation: as from November 24, 2025
As from November 24, 2025, you will find out whether your presentation was selected for an oral presentation or a poster.
4. Ticket at the discounted rate (Presenter Ticket)
The confirmation of a lecture or poster presentation entitles you to purchase a reduced-price conference ticket (Presenter Ticket). Participation as a speaker or poster presenter requires a Presenter Ticket. The Presenter Ticket entitles you to attend the entire conference and the associated exhibition.
