Call for Papers LOPEC Conference 2027 starts in August
Divided into different conference modules, the LOPEC Conference offers the right platform for every topic. Whether at the Business Conference, the Technical Conference or the Scientific Conference—at LOPEC your presentation will receive the attention it deserves. The conference language is English.
Since 2025, half-day application sessions on the focus topics of Mobility and Smart Living, have been part of the program for conference participants.
In addition to the oral presentations, we also offer a poster exhibition. This means that instead of giving an oral presentation, you can present the essential information on a DIN A0 poster on both days of the exhibition. During the Poster Session on Wednesday, March 3, 2027 from 16:30 to 18:30, you will have the opportunity to personally interact with the attendees and answer questions on the spot.
4 steps to your participation in the LOPEC Conference
1. Submit your abstract: August 11 to September 25, 2026
Please submit your English-language abstract online by September 25, 2026. The abstract should describe your planned presentation and should not exceed 3,000 characters, including spaces. It does not have to correspond to the final presentation. Include an explanation of your motivation, approach, expected or achieved results, and conclusion. You may also include a graphic, image, or schematic representation.
2. Selection process: September 25 to November 23, 2026
Starting September 25, 2026, a panel of international experts will review all abstracts submitted and evaluate their thematic and technical content. The committee will then put together a coherent program of presentations from the submissions.
3. Confirmation of participation: as from November 23, 2026
You will be notified starting on November 23, 2026, whether your submission has been selected for an oral or poster presentation.
4. Presenter ticket at the discounted rate
Confirmation of a lecture or poster presentation qualifies you for a Presenter Ticket, which is a reduced-price conference ticket. Participation as a speaker or poster presenter requires a Presenter Ticket. The Presenter Ticket entitles you to attend the entire conference and the associated exhibition.
