Tickets and Registration for LOPEC Conference
Thank you for your interest in the leading conference for flexible, organic and printed electronics, which will take place in Munich from March 2–4, 2027.
This page contains all the information you need about ticket types and prices, as well as how to purchase tickets. Starting in late October 2026, you'll find the direct link to the ticket shop here.
Tickets for the LOPEC Exhibition will also be available starting in late October 2026; you can find more information here.

Presenter Tickets
Presenter tickets are not available in the ticket shop. All approved presenters will receive a separate link to the ticket.

| Presenter Tickets (including those for students) can only be purchased by persons who have been approved as LOPEC Speaker or LOPEC Poster Presenter. Important Notes
Depending on the selected validity period, the conference ticket entitles the holder to attend the conference modules, conference catering (coffee breaks and lunch) on the respective day(s) of validity, to visit the LOPEC Exhibition and the LOPEC Forum, the LOPEC Poster Session, Award Show, and Get-together on March 03, 2027.
The conference ticket also entitles you to download the presentations free of charge after the event, provided that the speakers have agreed to their distribution or publication.
OE-A members receive a 10 percent discount on LOPEC Conference Tickets orderd online (except Presenter, Academic, Student and Student Presenter Tickets). For the OE-A member promotion code please contact the OE-A team.
Discounted conference tickets are available to speakers and poster presenters, faculty and staff of universities and research institutions, as well as students and student speakers or presenters. They are available exclusively online and require appropriate proof of eligibility.
