Call for Papers

The LOPEC Conference is structured into distinct modules, offering the ideal platform for every topic.
Whether it is the Business Conference, Technical Conference or Scientific Conference or one of the application sessions on the Focus Topics of Mobility and Smart Living—LOPEC ensures your presentation receives the attention it deserves.
You can submit your abstract as an oral presentation or as a poster.
Please submit your abstract in English. The presentation language of the LOPEC Conference is English. There will be no simultaneous translation.
Here you can find the four steps to your participation in the LOPEC Conference.
The abstract should briefly describe your presentation (max. 3,000 characters including spaces).
Please explain your motivation, approach, results and conclusion.
You are welcome to include either one graph, a picture, or a schematic diagram.
Some information (abstract text incl. graphic, source information, TRL level, etc.) will only be requested for the evaluation and classification of the abstract.
If your abstract is accepted, we will publish the presentation title, presentation description, speaker details including photo and biography, and author details to promote your presentation/poster in the online conference program.
Contact information is requested for communication purposes only and will not be published.
The description text can be a maximum of 400 characters including spaces.
At the LOPEC Conference, only one presenter is allowed per paper/poster.
You may list a maximum of 10 authors per talk/poster.
After the Call for Papers has closed, a panel of international experts reviews all submitted abstracts and evaluates them both in terms of content and relevance.
Based on these evaluations, the panel compiles a coherent and well-balanced conference program
